George Heys, the Family Butcher, has gained global media coverage for his award winning sausages. Set in the shadows of Turf Moor, the award-winning butcher has produced sausages ranging from the ‘Claret Clouter’ to the epic ‘The Beast’ in honour of Brian Jensen.
